Bearing warming causes the phenomenon and treatment
1. The bearing temperature rise causes:

2. phenomenon:

(3) The thermometer disc (intumescent thermometer) black and yellow needles or needle coincide over yellow needles.

3. Processing
When the bearing temperature rises, first determine whether the malfunction, as indeed increased, should be treated as follows:
(1) Check the cooling water pressure, flow, and piping systems are normal. If water filter may be clogged down, can not handle, you can stop processing, when the confirmation can work, then put into use.
(2) should check the governor oil pressure, oil pressure may result if the cooling water hydraulic valve closed.
(3) Check whether there is abnormal sound bearings and bearing swing detect whether there is an exception.
(4) Take oil samples to observe whether there are changes in oil color, and laboratory tests to see whether the deterioration. If confirmed deterioration should be replaced with new oil shutdown.
(5) Check the oil standard oil level is normal, if abnormal, check the tank drain valve is closed. If closed, should fill the oil, if it is sealed pads permeability should stop processing.
